How do I check on the status of shipping?

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

How fast will my order be shipped?

Please allow up to 7-15 business days for processing, as we aim to pack each order with love and care. Shipping time during holidays is longer, and can take up to 4 weeks.

What about pre-orders?

Pre-orders will take longer for fulfillment, and estimated shipping times will be specified for each individual pre-order listing. Please check our Updates page before contacting us regarding your pre-orders.

What if I order pre-order items and in-stock items at the same time?

If you order anything we have in stock along with a pre-order, everything will be shipped together. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders. 

Similarly, if you pre-order multiple items with different fulfillment timelines, they will be shipped once all items are in hand. If you don't want to wait, please place separate orders.
