Replacement Criteria

Thank you for supporting Faentasy Designs!

While we have a general NO CANCELLATION/NO RETURNS policy, we can offer refunds and/or exchanges for defective items upon arrival. Please review the following criteria carefully to determine your course of action.

 

EXCLUSIVE EDITIONS

Our Exclusive Editions are non-refundable, but they may be replaced if there is damage upon delivery.

Please email us at faentasydesigns@gmail.com with your order number, and photos of damages within 5 days of your order arrival, so that we can discuss available options. We review each individual case with careful consideration, and replacements are offered at our discretion.

✅ The following damages may be eligible for replacements:

  • Visible dents and crushed corners over (over 15mm)
  • Visible dust jacket creasing or tears (over 15mm)
  • Misaligned edges, hardcover design or dust jackets
  • Bent pages
  • Water damage

❌ The following damages are not eligible for replacements:

  • Light scratches and marks
  • Minor damages that don't affect readability or display
  • Minor printing/binding variances


MERCHANDISE/OTHER ITEMS

  • Pre-orders for merchandise/other items are non-refundable, but they may be replaced if there is damage upon delivery. 
  • In-stock merchandise/other items may be refunded or replaced if there is damage upon delivery.

    Important notes regarding refunds:

    • If we have issued a refund for you, it may take several days to process. Please check your bank account carefully, and contact your bank/credit card company if your refund is late. If you have done both of these things, and still haven't received your refund, contact us at faentasydesigns@gmail.com.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
