Pre-orders Policy

Pre-orders are offered for sale prior to production of said product, and as such take a longer time to complete.

 

Charges to your payment method will occur at the time your order is placed on our website.

 

Estimated production and shipping timelines outlined in each pre-order listings are based on the information we have at the time, and are subject to change should any delays outside of our control occur. This includes, but is not limited to: publisher/author authorizations, printing delays, shipping disruption, import customs procedure delays, and any such unforeseen events.

 

Additionally, please be reminded that we are a very small team, and have only one person handling shipping at this time.

 

First Access for series continuations will be granted to all who received the first book through the subscription, regardless if their subscription is still active at the time of pre-orders or not.

 

Early Access for any pre-orders will be granted to all active subscribers at the time of pre-order sale.

 

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.

 

We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order(s) in certain cases where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to: abusive/aggressive behavior, fraud and failed payments, “scalping”, etc.
