Do you ship internationally?

Due to the GPSR imposed at the end of 2024, we are currently unable to ship to countries that are EU members. We'll be restoring this option as soon as we can ensure compliance.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

Faentasy Designs is based in the US and is not responsible for any potential import taxes, duties, or customs fees that you may face, all of which depend on the country you are in. The customer is entirely responsible for these fees.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ship orders within 2-3 weeks after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order product). Please note that we have only one person packing and shipping orders, and due to this our processing time is longer.

What do I do if I never received my order?

For international orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived within that time frame, please email us at faentasydesigns@gmail.com so that we can find a solution together.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

All orders our are quality inspected and packed with care before shipping. However, if you do happen to receive a defective item, please review our Refund and Replacement Policy and contact us accordingly.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please email us directly for any order changes requests.

Do you have any discount codes?

We may have rep/influencer discount codes available at times, but we don't give them away to customers directly. Our discount codes can only be used once per person, and have to be applied on checkout. We can not apply discount codes for you retroactively once the order has been placed.

Requesting a refund/cancellation on an unfulfilled order only to order again with a discount code is considered a violation, and your order will be cancelled for good. Repeated offenses will result in a permanent buyer ban.
