Do you ship internationally?

Due to the GPSR imposed at the end of 2024, we are currently unable to ship to countries that are EU members. We'll be restoring this option as soon as we can ensure compliance.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

Faentasy Designs is based in the US and is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees. The customer is entirely responsible for these fees.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ship orders within 2-3 weeks after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order product). Please note that we have only one person packing and shipping orders, and due to this our processing time is longer.

What do I do if I never received my order?

For international orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived within that time frame, please email us at faentasydesigns@gmail.com so that we can find a solution together.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

All orders are quality inspected before shipping. However, if you do happen to receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please email us directly for any requests/changes.
