Faentasy Designs Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for supporting Faentasy Designs!

We can offer refunds and/or exchanges for defective items upon arrival. Please review the following criteria to determine you course of action.

 

EXCLUSIVE EDITIONS

Our Exclusive Editions are non-refundable, but they may be replaced if there is damage upon delivery, in which case you need to contact us to discuss available options.

The following damages may be eligible for replacements:

  • Visible dents and crushed corners (over 10mm)
  • Visible dust jacket creasing or tears (over 10mm)
  • Misaligned edges, hardcover design or dust jackets (over 5mm)
  • Bent pages

Please email us at faentasydesigns@gmail.com with your order number, and pictures of damages within 5 days of your order arrival.


MERCHANDISE/OTHER ITEMS

  • Pre-order items are non-refundable, but they may be replaced if there is damage upon delivery, in which case you need to contact us at faentasydesigns@gmail.com to discuss available options.
  • In-stock items may be refunded if they are returned to us in original condition and packaging.
  • In-stock items may be replaced if they arrive damaged, and you contact us at faentasydesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of order arrival with pictures of the damages and your order number.

 

    Late or missing refunds

    • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at faentasydesigns@gmail.com.

     

      Shipping

      • Returned goods must be shipped directly back to us.
      • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
